We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective

The product received is different from what was ordered

The product packaging is tampered or unsealed upon delivery

Please Note: Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed condition cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy exists to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.
 

4.2 Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

A clear photograph or video of the damaged product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will unfortunately not be entertained for damage or defect related issues.
 

4.3 Return Window

For eligible returns, the product must be returned within 15 days of delivery in its original, sealed, and unused condition along with all original packaging.
 

4.4 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 12 to 15 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

4.5 Exchange

If you prefer an exchange over a refund for a damaged or defective product, we will dispatch the replacement once the original product is received and verified by our team.
 

4.6 Non-Returnable Conditions

The following will not be eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Returns initiated after 2 days of delivery

Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
