3.2 Payment Security
All online transactions on the Ayurbi website are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers at any point.
3.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes across India. Please ensure that the exact amount is kept ready at the time of delivery. COD orders may take slightly longer to process compared to prepaid orders.
3.4 Order Cancellation After Payment
If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 6-8 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible and the return & refund policy will apply.
3.5 Payment Failures
In case of a payment failure, please do not attempt the transaction again immediately. Check with your bank first. If the amount has been debited but the order was not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
